Opening hours
- Monday to Wednesday: 9am–7pm
- Thursday & Friday: 9am–8pm
- Saturdays: 9am–5pm
- Sundays: Open by group bookings only
Appointments
We recommend booking all treatments/appointments in
advance to avoid disappointment.
Arrival times
For all new and day spa clients please arrive 10–15min
before your appointment. This is to fill out any forms that's
may be required.
Late arrival may mean we are unable to honour your booking
or your treatment time may need to be reduced.
The full treatment price will still apply.
Cancellations
24 hours notice is required for all day spa and group bookings.
At least 4 hours notice is required for all other cancellations.
For Zoupon customers, 48 hours notice is required.
Day spa bookings
A 50% deposit is required for all day spa and group bookings.
